OutdoorsMark specialise in safety audits for the outdoor sector. OutdoorsMark SMS Document certification is for operators who offer activities on Department of Conservation (DOC) land. Passing this audit will provide you with the safety certification required to obtain your DOC concession.

A DOC Approved label symbolises the significant contribution tourism and recreation businesses make to conservation in New Zealand. The label shows the value of your business to DOC and illustrates to visitors that your business pays fees to DOC to support conservation. Department of Conservation (DOC) is the government agency charged with conserving New Zealand’s natural and historic heritage.

Alpine Adventures has a Passenger Service licence issued by the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA). This ensures all vehicles meet high safety standards, registration and annual licensing requirements, and routine Certificate of Fitness (CoF) inspections.

Lee is working towards his National Certificate in Outdoor Recreation (Leadership) and is a member of NZOIA (New Zealand Outdoors Instructors Association). He has 3 levels of First Aid including Pre-Hospital Emergency Care, Comprehensive First Aid and Outdoor First Aid. Lee has the required Passenger endorsement licence and completed a winter driving course.

Emma has a Certificate in Small Business Management, is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and has Comprehensive First Aid. She has the required Passenger endorsement licence and completed a winter driving course..
